Leadership for the Primary School Principal

This new course aims to enable School Principals to gain confidence in their role as leaders and to be in a better position to engage others effectively in teaching and learning.

School leaders will be shown how to develop creative ways of evaluating their own leadership and to learn to apply this knowledge for their own and their school's benefit.  They will be empowered to access a range of online supports to help their leadership into the future and to approach change confidently.

The course will demonstrate the importance of their leadership role and the development of leadership skills for others in the school community.
